The Ibaraki Plant, the heart of our electric wire business.
From our three manufacturing sites in Ibaraki Prefecture, we meet demand for flat braided copper wires and flexible soft copper stranded wires from all kinds of industries throughout Japan.

The UL-certified Tohoku Office, the heart of our harness business.

Tatomi Plant
The Tatomi Plant, an electric wire business site.
For over 50 years, since it began operating in 1970, the Tatomi Plant has manufactured copper wire as the parent factory of Meiko Futaba's electric wire business. It has the largest area of any Meiko Futaba plant and leverages this to perform integrated manufacturing that encompasses everything from the preliminary flat braided copper wire manufacturing process of drawing wire to braiding.

Ueda Hybrid Factory
Ueda, manufacturing light metal products and supplying them to the world.
This hybrid factory handles all three of Meiko Futaba's business segments: electric wire, harnesses, and light metals. All of Meiko Futaba's qualities and technologies are concentrated here.

Rokugo Plant
